a man of rod stewart's advanced years & having never ever been a Scot far less a Glaswegian should know( I assume he has advisors) to behave as he does attempting to act like a segtarian twat at a Glasgow gig is soooo not p.c.. If he really fancies himself as a glaswegian celtic supporter-a world away from a middleaged wealthy english man who lives mainly in the u.s.a.-let him pay a visit to the Govan area of Glasgow & try his stupid comments out on the people there. Those who are not Glaswegians, do not completely uderstand the deep seated rivalry between Glasgow Rangers & the very Irish celtic - you do realise (those of you who are English?) Celtic is so not a Scottish team & most definitely not a Glaswegian one, unless ofcourse Glasgow is now part of Ireland! Mr. Stewart if you must play a gig in Glasgow, please keep your comments to yourself & I believe you owe the people hurt & arrested at your Glasgow gig a very big apology - do you act like an idiot at all your gigs or only when you visit Scotland? I have a sneaky suspicion this may be done in Scotland for publicity, as you don't get too much these days for your performances, usually only for the young women now getting to be young enough to be your grandaughter, & ofcourse the hulabaloo at your Scottish gig did get you publicity -bad in my opinion-but then any publicity is better than none - eh Mr Stewart?
