| I would love it if her next single was something more upbeat or midtempo. Hypnotic was not such a great song, and i know that the company thought it would do good cause R kelly was a part of it, but no cigar. She is a great enough artist that she does not need geust and gimics. i would love to see a video to classic love song. I wanted to see a video to IF YOu Play your cards Right from Chapter 2 also!!!! I cant get enough of Syleena Johnson, and its a damn shame that lesser talented artist get more exposure and awards. Comment on this... |

| Chapter 3 if off the hook!! She has such a beautiful addictive voice. Her next single should be "Only A Woman". Her lyrics hit the homes of many young black women for sure. I feel her 110%!! Go Syleena, do your thing girl!! She does not get the attention she DESERVES. Comment on this... |

| see i'm only 17 years old but i know when i hear something special and she is the perfect example of that. She helps me find myself and to grow. I love her voice I think she has the most breath taking voice i have ever heard. I promised myself that one day some day soon i'm going 2 make in the music industry and it would be an absolute honor to do a song with her. so Syleena look out because im going to make it any day now. | Syleena Johnson was an artist that I believed in since I've first heard her voice. I love the way she carries a tune and the way she just let it all go. Her soul is so addictive it just leaves me amazed everytime I hear her voice. Syleena gets played in my home and car atleast six days out of the week. Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 are both out of sight albums, plus I enjoyed her version of "If You Play Your Cards Right" which was originated by old school group One Way w/ Alicia Meyers. My mom & dad use to always play that track as a child coming up in Oakland, Ca. Although I'm only 22 years old I promise I know so much music especially 'Grown Folks' (Bobby Womack, Millie Jackson, Al Green, One Way, Curtis Mayfield, Tina Turner, Gladys Knight, Chaka Khan, Johnny Taylor, Buddy Guy, etc). Syleena is our generations new soul singers right along with LaToiya Williams, John Legend, Mary J. Blige, Anthony Hamilton, Leela James, Jaguar Wright, Angie Stone, R. Kelly, Dave Hollister just to name a few. These artist will be around for a lifetime, trust me. Syleena I ask God to continue to walk with you througout your career cause you is off tha chain/heezy, I love you and can't wait to hear your new album "Chapter 3: The Flesh" I know you did it again and this time even better. release date (9/13/05) ya'll better support my girl.
