Al Jarreau (born April 12, 1940 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) is a jazz, pop, and R&B musician.
As the son of a vicar, he had his first singing experience in a church choir. He gained a master's degree in psychology and worked as a rehabilitation counsellor.
