| alot off people are trying to tell me that ether killed jay-z and that nas is the king on nyc, but if you listen to the song alot of it was just kindergarden jokes and the song wouldnt be half as popular if tupacs f jay-z wasnt on it. Also jay-z tore nas up on the song blueprint 2"what's the problem B? | When Jay-Z first came out, I appreciated his music. He was talented. He knew how to grab an ear and rock the crowds. I never really got to know him deeper than just an artist. I judged him through the songs I heard i.e. Money, Cash, H***. I felt like he was another one of those types. You know, the ones that deal drugs, and don't believe in monogamous relationships. But after watching his Diaries and reading magazine interviews, this man is the realest guy out. He speaks the truth. He really went through a lot and now I understand why he went through all the negativity that he did. I appreciate him as a person now. In my eyes, there was definitely growth in him. He's matured into this wise, intelligent, gentle-man who came from nothing to something. And he worked hard to where he's at right now. I totally have RESPECT for this man. Comment on this... |

It's the same topic, same disses, same whatever. I know millions of Jay fans out there exist and want a true place to speak their mind about one of the best rappers in the world, Jigga. | I dont care about what any one else says about shawn carter. Jay is the best damn rapper,and the only one who can really come out to speak the truth about any life situation. I my self am a rapper waiting to make an entrance into the rap game ,and I respect shawn as an artist and a person. I find it very interesting that me and my favorite rapper were boorn on the same day , accept that I was born Dec.4,1989. Jay-z has worked very hard to give us good music ,so that we are able to actually learn some thing ,instead of all these fake ass meaningless rappers that only speak on things that are not really important and actually make money off their prophet.Dont get me wrong ,but it is o.k to make music to make the people get crunk,but some rappers need to learn how to settle down and make music that if not alot of people,but one person. Making music that you know touched some one's heart is a very great felling,take from me and I'm only fourteen years of age ,and most people over the age of eighteen ask me ..." where did you learn to spit fire like that"? I just say that it comes from the heart , and when I writ e lyricks,I always speak the truth,and I dont try to make my self into some thing I'm not. That's one important thing that I learn from the 1# rap artist Jay-z.Another thing that I was taught was to always be on my A1 game,and to always "KEEP IT REAL"! Comment on this... |
