Sly Stone is by far the most influential Inovator in the history of popular music ! He not only Created the genre of Jazz/Rock (which both Herbie Hancock and Miles Davis attest to !),but Sly gave us what we now refer to as "Funk"....Slippy Brick was 'The Man' in his day ,and still is today !
