Joe is about to release his third CD, named III, on October 25th. His first single, "Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off" was released August 8th, and is already #20 on BB and #17 on R&R. His video came out last week, and fans are going wild. GAC has already put it in their rotation, CMT is starting to acknowledge it.
