Minnie Riperton was simply gifted. Her octaves soared through cultural barriers which placed Minnie in a class of her own. She was raw, natural, simplicity, passionate, talented, nurrturing, soulful, devoted, dedicated, and peaceful. Her marriage was highlighted by duel talents which complemented each other souls. And Maya was her greatest expression of Love. We love You Minnie but God loved you best. And to Maya, saturday night live is only a stepping stone to the treasures God holds for you.
