Euntrepenuer Russell Simmons (Oct 4, 19??) is the co-founder, with Rick Rubin, of the pioneering hip-hop label Def Jam. He sold the label for 100 million dollars to Universal Music Group in 1999. Before founding Def Jam he managed both Kurtis Blow and his brother's group Run-DMC. He is married to model Kimora Lee.
