Freddie Mercury, Montserrat Caballe - Barcelona

Simply the best!

Being a huge Queen fan, I have tried to purchase all their CD's, including the solo albums. I was a little hesitant to buy this CD, mainly because I am not a big fan of opera. This CD is outstanding! The music is wonderful and the vocals superb. The title trac, along with "LaJaponaise", "Guide Me Home", and "How Can I Go On" are all favorites. I would recommend this CD to anyone, but fans of Queen and especially Freddie Mercury will be thrilled. July 18, 2008

On 'Barcelona', Freddie Mercury (Farrokh Bulsara) from Queen and Montserat Caballé gave one of their uppermost musical performances.

What you hear is a brilliant mixture of different styles brought together in a unique and melodious way.

It's really a great pleasure to listen at all times to the recordings on this first class album 'Barcelona'.

Wow Freddie you are the champion! Montserrat you are incredible!

When rocking the opera world, it got be Freddie. This is the most heavenly sound CD. Never do a opera and a rock stars sound so perfect together. Freddie and Montserrat are the best match.
