May 26, 2007 | | Clean Hip-Hop at it's finest at great comeback album in '92 great artist
Yeah i remember hearing this song on the radio back in the fall of 1992 i was in 9th grade then. when i first heard the slamming bumping track "You gotta Believe" i played it over and over.. i first thought it was saying "you got the beat"..??huh? oh believe that makes more sense! i bought the this CD again last year.. i understand that Mark Wahlberg doesn't like to be called Marky Mark anymore.. it still bumping to today i don't see color when i listen to hip-hop artists .. as long as they can flow it's alright..great CD i blast it in my car at home anywhere..this CD is for Hip-hop heads only.. like alot of old-school CD's so if your into gansta's rap this aint for you..but for those who love it enjoy!!

I just got the cd and man all I can tell you is that this cd got it all. I love "You Gotta Believe" song. It's an album worth having in your collection and it's a must to have it. Good job Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch for making this awesome album.

January 4, 2005 | | HORRIBLE! I can see now why Mark sticks to movies!
Marky Mark's album sounded lame, horrible, bland, disjointed, forgettable and perhaps one of the worst followups to a successful debut that I've heard! Marky Mark kept saying that this was a harder sounding album than the first, but I didn't feel it. After "You Gotta Believe" which was an okay song, the album just goes downhill and south to me, with corny raps, uninteresting music that doesn't match with his style, and just some boring, bland songs. Even his brother Donnie Wahlberg's production on here can't save this album--they sound like New Kids song rejects on here that didn't make the great "Step by Step". Mark Wahlberg's rap career was very short lived. I can see why he's sticking to movies now. So watch his DVDs of "Boogie Nights" or "The Italian Job" instead of this horrible piece of rubbish!
