This a great album by Vicente Fernandez. This is the Classic Vicente Fernandez. I want to mention that the 6th song on this album "Soy De Abajo" was composed by my uncle Jose Antonio Valdez Cisneros. He was my Dad's cousin and was from the state of Guanajuato. He was member of the group "Los Paladines" and they played the Mexico City "Zona Rosa" circuit in the 70's and 80's. My Uncle Jose Antonio tragically died in an auto accident in the mid 80's in Mexico City. Every time I hear this song , it brings tears to my eyes! Tio Tono en donde quiera que usted este, recuerdo que "Soy De Abajo" !! June 7, 2008
