This is simply one of the most incredible albums that I have ever owned. I only recently purchased it, because I continue to discover a lot of music from every genre, and feel like I have to give each musician their fair and equal listen. However, I have always loved what I heard of Sting, and I find myself buying more and more... it's always original, always amazing. And this CD has monopolized my stereos, iPod and car. Do yourself a favor and buy it as soon as possible. July 31, 2008

Ten Summoner's Tales is the fourth solo album by Sting. The title is a combined pun of his given name, Gordon Sumner, and Geoffrey Chaucer's The Canterbury Tales character, the summoner. It explores themes of love and morality in a noticeably upbeat mood compared to his previous release, the introspective The Soul Cages, cool jazzy to it as well. The only problem is, "Everybody Laughed But You" track is not included! If you like jazz, pop jazz, easy listening etc then this is the one for you! Great stuff!

Bought this in 1995 and listened to it for years, but it's not holding my interest in 2008. It's not going to be remembered as an all-time-great. January 6, 2008

Great sound, unfortunately I mistaked the item thinking that it was a DVD edition of this record.

Anyway, the quality of the DTS sound is superb. August 13, 2007
