Home is the last place these pop-aholics will be at Christmas: 'N Sync were on such a tight touring schedule in 1998, it's a wonder they even had time to record this disc in time for the holidays. The standard carols--"The First Noël," and "The Christmas Song"--aren't nearly as much fun as the original tracks here, but the a cappella version of "O Holy Night" is by far the masterpiece, and proof that the boys are more than just hyper-pretty faces. In fact, their superbly blended harmonies save what could have been ill-fated attempts to put a '90s R&B spin on songs like "In Love on Christmas" and the title track. "The Only Gift" and "Under My Tree" are addictive despite being overly cute, and you'll have a hard time getting "Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays" out of your head. Fabulous at Christmas!

If you like NSYNC, you will Love this album! Not only does it have a handful of standards but it also has a lot of original songs as well. Not to mention that their harmonies are fantastic on it! So, needless to say this is a great one to purchase at Christmas (or really any time!). May 5, 2008

10 years later, and still a hit!

This was my first purchase of anything *NSYNC related. At the time, I didn't even have a disc player. I had to play the cd off my sister's sterosystem, and record it to a tape.The tape was played so much it broke, and other tapes too hit the dust!
Since the year I bought it I've enjoyed listening to it every holiday season, even non season it will be played, and the memories of that Christmas hits me, and I remember in detail how times were, and why I am so closely connected to this group,[ten years ago, this fall.]
The songs are catchy, and each one seems to set some sort of mood.The opening track begins with an almost church sound, leading into a struggle of being away from family at the holidays, but this year being different! HOME AT LAST!
"I Never Knew the Meaning of Christmas," is an ideal song for young teens,as it expresses there is more to holidays than store bought items.
"Merry Christmas Happy Holidays" is one of the most up tempo tracks, and the single for the album. It is the fun of anticipation for Santa, and the excitement of no school[for kids], and togetherness of family! April 2, 2008

A GREAT Nsync ALBUM!!

This is by far the BEST Nsync album EVVEEEEEERR!!! LOL! I absolutely love this cd. I listen to it YEAR-ROUND!! The vocals are RIDICULOUS and their harmonies are ON POINT!! Even though they've broken up I still love the "vintage" Nsync! Everything from "I'll Never Stop" to "Do Your Thing" I just can't get enough of these guys!! :D January 4, 2008

2007

Well first of all, it's 2007 and boy bands are apparently history and are considered "childish" but i'm so tired of all the fuss about Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, and Lindsay Lohan that I really miss those boy bands back in the day. This CD really liftens my Christmas spirit and they have really nice tone quality. I have had this CD for ages and it's been skipping for quite a while so i'm hoping I can buy a brand new CD for this holiday season. :) November 13, 2007

I love this alblum

Everytime when I'm working at Sears, they always put on the songs in this alblum on and it makes me so sad. Just thinking about how sad this Christmas year is and I miss these songs so much. I used to own this cd but its been a very long time and It suckd that Walmart didnt have it. I'll have to buy this after christmas. its really sad but oh well. December 22, 2006
