No Limit's brothers, Master P, C-Murder and Silkk The Shocker with fourth Tru album that doesn't have the same effects as the prior releases, but contains the same formula as other (if not all) No Limit Records releases. This double disc release starts off strong but quickly take a turn for the worse. "Hoody Hooo" taken from OutKast is a lot rowdier with that southern touch by KLC & Chantel. Fiend & Full Blooded helped out on "Dangerous In My City" to give it a more gritty, harder feel. The chants on "Hard N's" featuring Fiend was enough with the slow gangster track. The club hit "Bounce" and "Bounce To This" was a twist for the tank. Tru get's to the No Limit themes on "No Limit Army", "Soldier Till I Die" and "Don't F--- With Tru". "You'll Never Change" featuring DIG & Mac is a keeper as well with a mainstream aim. Mia X featured on "Buss That" helped as the only lady of the tank. The violins on "Never" featuring Baby Soldier, DIG & Reginelli made this a good fit to Da Crime Family. The rules of "The World Is Yours" is well worth the purchase as Silkk The Shocker solo song. The West Coast appeal to "It's A Beautiful Thing" featuring Snoop Dogg gives this lp some depth. Instead this should have been a one disc release to produce a classic, but the emptiness felt on the fillers hurt this album. With Tru giving us some heat like this, "The Tank Goes On"!
