I know it sounds like I'm rehashing every other review, but my mother played "Ski Trails" every Christmas and wintertime in our home. I grew up believing in the that ski slope on the cover, and wanted to ski ever since. I finally did, in college. As soon as I got online back in the 90s, I searched for "Ski Trails" in CD format. I still have the scratchy album! I gave "Happy Holidays-I Love the Winter Weather" to both of my sisters, who didn't really remember the original album . . . until they put the CD on; then the realization of it all showed on their faces. Even if you've never heard even one of Jo Stafford's songs, buy this CD, many copies, because the generation before us loves to get it as a gift!!! December 11, 2007
