A Blessed Voice

This Voice transends reviews. I have listened to him for almost forty years. I can remember the disc jockeys initial introduction of his records," The most Captivating Voice of our Times" It was true then and it is true now. January 8, 2009

Long Overdue release....

Roger Whittaker recorded and had released, New World in the Morning,
Durham Town, Mamy Blue, If I Were A Rich Man, I Don't Believe In If Anymore
and Mexican Whistler in 65, 66 & 67. His records were played here in Canada
long before the Americans heard of him. I purchased his then Hits Album
in Berlin in January 67. I loved his songs and gladly grabbed the album
as soon as I saw it. To have America discover him in 69 with 'The Last Farewell' was special, since Europe, England and Canada knew him as a Star
long before that. June 12, 2008

HARD TO FIND ORIGINAL RECORDINGS

SEARCHED FOR THIS CD OF THE ORIGINAL ALBUM. STILL LOOKING FOR A CD THAT HAS A SONG FROM A TAPE I BOUGHT ABOUT 20 YEARS AGO. CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME OF SONG, BUT I SEEM TO REMEMBER IT AS AN OLD POEM IN OLD ENGLISH SET TO MUSIC. March 2, 2008

Original Hits

Finding a collection of Roger Whitaker's original hits is tough to find today. I've made the mistake of buying other compilations that were remade hits. That is not the case with this cd. These are the original recordings. The sound quality is very good as is the selection. If you want the real deal, this is the one to buy. December 21, 2007

We like Roger

Having attended several of Rogers concerts in the past we have become dyed in the wool Roger Whitaker fans. We purchased the CD to replace some of the tapes that we have worn out. We play the cd in the car as we do our erands and we love it February 8, 2007
