User Reviews
Average user review:| A great tribute to one of the great novelty acts of popular music. |
Particularly interesting are the "sequels" to Purple People Eater. Sheb seems to have tried to capitalize on his novelty hit several times. I never knew these songs existed.
And, Sheb wasn't just a novelty act. He did a number of country folksie sounding songs that were just plain good wholesome 1950's to early 60's male pop vocalist sounding stuff.
So, come for the Purple People Eater, but don't just eat and run. Stay around for the whole platter. April 30, 2007
