It was ok but not their greatest. Nice cover design for the cd label, though.

i like to compare them as black mommas an poppas ...the album has nice qualitieis in astrology an the stars the mommas an poppas didnt semm to astrologize that much although, i realy havent herd all there music ...creatively speeking there group name is superiotious to most as far as completeness appears an seems... ps it arrived rather slow from wall mart we wonder why ???shdfh...

It was wonderful listening to the 5th Dimension again. I loved their music when it first came out and I am amazed at how good it still sounds. It not only takes me back, but it brings me forward as well with the rhythm and the words.

Liberty Records and it's affiliates always pressed incredibly well crafted vinyl. This Soul City Recording was no exception. The selection of material, musicians, engineers, artists and producer rarely, if ever, gets better than this. The Age Of Aquarius is one of the best pieces of pop to ever hit the airways, a turntable and now a CD player. This masterpiece should be a have to have for any audiophile. ToTal EaR CaNdY!

I fondly remember various original members of this group, like Marilyn & Billy of The 5th Dimension (Seven Time Grammy Winners) the most popular 1960's/ '70s singing group of all time, would baby-sat for me at 2 and 3 years old in the early '60's; they were close friends of my mother Judith "Judy" Lynn M. & my late aunt Ethel Archie...
At the early stages of there music careers, according to my mom, she was invited to join the group; however, she passed...and now jokily say's in hindsight that "they would never make it..." Well, they did in a big way and the rest is history... I love and appreciate them and all there music...and they were very nice people too.
