My only complaint is that this wasn't a full length LP. It left me wanting so much more. I would and still continue to, play this a couple times back to back. It never sounds dated or played out (to my ears) and its everything you can expect from one of Hip Hops Finest. A+ November 8, 2006

Sadat dropped this EP out of nowhere in '99, following his classic debut "Wild Cowboys" also released by Loud records and highly recommended. This album is a great appetizer, but unfortunately because Loud records went under, we were never given the opportunity for a full length followup. Each cut is hot. Diamond (DITC), Minnesota, Kid Called Roots and Dart La produce; additional lyrics from Diamond and Sadat protege Hy Tymes (Shawn Black where u at?). October 14, 2004

Somehow I have never been able to feel artists, who sing about the hard knock life. I have always preffered The one Love, Mos Def, stuff to the Big L stuff. But some how this album works REALY well. The whimsical sound of this artists voice (featured on SoundBombing 2) combined with the DJ Preimire like soundtrack makes up for the gangster flavor. This album has depth rarely heard in 90s rap music. If You like hardcore, underground or any Rawkus stuff, Buy this album right now !!!!
