Coast to Coast~ Westlife is a great boy band album filled with that typical sound. The lyrics are sugare sweet but perfect for this kind of music. The production value is stupendous and the sound is crisp and nice. The book-let and liner notes are great. The hair cuts and the clothes are a total hoot and they do look quite redicolous. Even so they have amazing vocal skills and this is an album that should not be missed. Highly recommended. 5 stars out of 5!

The Best Boyband of the modern era

I first came to know about Westlife 3 years ago when I watched the video of their massively hit single "My Love" on the television and from that very moment I became a huge huge fan of this boyband. I borrowed the "Coast to Coast' album from one of my schoolfriends and listened to the songs and later bought the CD. And their voices and rhythm tugged at my heart's strings and made them quiver with joy and excitement.

These guys are absolutely brilliant and actually know how and what to sing. Their voices have the touch of deep and profound pathos and their sad songs such as "Soledad" are so mesmerising that you cannot help listening them again and again. The lyrics in all of the songs of this album are rich with poetic diction and capture the imagination of the hearts of those who are basking in love as well as of those who are recollecting with sad pleasure the remnants of a lost love.

Westlife is a band who concentrate on capturing the commercial market and winning people's hearts. The songs in "Coast to Coast" are in a smooth paradigm of high tempo,low tempo and love ballads. The music too is exquisite and apt for the songs.

If you want to ease yourself into some soothing music,then Westlife's "Coast to Coast" would be the perfect choice.

I LAY MY LOVE IN THIS GUYS

Yep, I'm gay, but i'm not another boyband follower,anyway was impossible to me skip to the charm of these guys, and his voices. When i heard the single "UpTown girl" ( Billy Joel's remake) i was shock...Was a huge surpise when i heard the rest of this masterpiece of the pop in the Boyband categories, So forget about Backstreets,98 degrees and others, cause WESTLIFE rocks, they have the true spirit as a group. Maybe this is the reason why they sounds so good. I love "lonelinnes knows me by my name""Soledad" " I lay my love in you" "Against all odds" "My love" and even " When u Looking like that" ( I must confess at first i hate this song)...Anyway, If u buy it ,you'll be glad. Hmmm...

"My love" is a true masterpiece...Maybe the best song ever made...At least I think it is...
Unfortunately The rest of the songs can't compare with "My love"...But that would also quite amazing if they could... June 8, 2005
