Once again after just over a year since Vol. 2, the RR camp is back with a new album. Not as good as Vols. 1 or 2 and about equal with Vol. 4. The roster is basically the same, Infa Red & Cross are back, Swizz don't rap on this one and Fiend was added. As with vol. 2, not alot of DMX or Sheek and guests once again are some bigger names but not as good as the one on Vol. 1 & 2 (with a few exceptions). It has 14 songs: 2 are classics, 1 is almost a classic, 5 are ok, 2 I skip, and the others are great songs. As you can see most are either worth skipping or are hard as #*&@. Production is good or bad depending on the track. P Killer Tracks does 3 songs, Needlez does 2, and Swizz Beats, Mr. Divine, Timbaland, Irv Gotti, Kid called Roots, David Banner and Mike City all do 1. A good album for fans of the RR but not the best.

#2 - 6 (Drag-On & Petey Pablo
#3 - 7.5 (Jadakiss & Bubba Sparxx)
#4 - 4 (Eve)
#6 -10 (CLASSIC gangsta song --- Styles, Tray Deee, Goldie Loc -- nice beat)
#7 - 9(Fiend f/ McAfee -- nice beat)
#8 - 7 (Drag-On & Fiend)
#9 - 7 (Fiend, Ludacris, Yung Wun)
#10 - 6.5 (Drag-On, Infa Red & Cross)
#12 - 9.5 (gangsta song by Styles)
#13 - 9 (LOX -- Sheek, Jadakiss, Styles)
#14 - 8.5 (upbeat song -- Cross, infa Red & Aja Smith)
#15 - 7.5 (only an ok song by: DMX)
#16 - 4
#17 - 10 (CLASSIC freestyles w. great beat -- Jae Hood, Larsiny, Shields, Locke, Rockstar & Cassidy)

This album is pretty good. My favourite songs are "They Ain't Ready", "U, Me & She", "Eastside Ryders", "We Don't Give A F**k", "Street Team" & "Friend Of Mine". I also like the "Intro", because it sounds cool. There are quite a lot of weaker tracks, but all round it's probably worth getting. January 27, 2005

It's not like me listening to fake ass thugs rap but I actually enjoyed this album because of Jadakiss, Eve, Fiend and DMX, especially. I actually won this album in a prize so it was a shock when I got it. I wasn't disappointed by the productions at all. Some of these rappers being fake thugs, I actually enjoyed their verses in some of the songs. I was especially impressed with the production of Timbaland in "They Ain't Ready". I'm not a fan of Timbaland's productions but this song was just one hot bangin' track! Jadakiss was spittin heat, as usualy, and Bubba Sparxxx laid down a pretty nice verse. Other honorable tracks that I reckon are gems on this album are: "Rock Bottom" by Fiend. Fiend's ruff voice is just incredible on here and the soft, mellow beat suits my needs. "Street Team" is by far my favorite song on the CD. The beat is just rough, rugged and raw and the lyrics laid down by the rappers (not sure who the rappers r) is just plain dope. "Shoot 'Em in the Head" was just plain gangsta lyrics speaking so violently that you can actually feel the heat this rapper is spitting out. "Friend of Mine" is also another track everyone should listen to because the lyrics are laid down by a fine rapper, DMX. His incredible voice is powerful in all ways and every song he's on, you just know the production is going to be tyte. "Eastside Ryders", "We Don't Give a F*ck", "Put it in Your Hole" (a funny interlude) and "Dirrty" are other tracks worth listening.

I'm definately not a fan of fake ass thugs like Nelly, Gay-Z and Chingy but this CD suits me. Jadakiss and DMX are just 2 incredible rappers, which is the main reason why I love this CD. I wouldn't recommend it to everyone but just to Ruff Ryders fans. January 25, 2004

awesome album; best tracks are "Rock Bottom" by Fiend and
"Eastside Rydas" by Styles & Tha Eastsidaz. only disappointing
track would have to be "They Ain't Ready" by Jada & Bubba
which I just ain't feelin' da producing's kinda wack by
Timbaland. anyway, buy this album it's worth the money! May 11, 2003
