About Ozzy Osbourne, Randy Rhoads - Tribute

Ozzy Osbourne's guitarist Randy Rhoads was a technical genius on his instrument, but that's only half the story. Rhoads shaped the direction of Osbourne's first two post-Sabbath recordings, Diary of a Madman and Blizzard of Ozz, which still stand as his best solo studio albums. Rhoads also was capable of pulling the best out of Osbourne onstage, a notable accomplishment in itself. This live set was released five years after Rhoads's death in a bizarre plane accident, and it's still a striking reminder of what was lost. Osbourne and company run through the Blizzard album in its entirety, adding a few tunes from Diary, and the Sabbath classics "Iron Man," "Children of the Grave," and "Paranoid." The highlights are Rhoads's guitar freakout on "Suicide Solution" and studio outtakes of his solo acoustic showcase, "Dee." --Daniel Durchholz Amazon.com

rating: 5 all guitar players and ozzy fans
here is some of the best live rocknroll youll ever hear.superb musicianship, and, singing on the part of ozzy.more than anything else this cd showcases randys brilliant playing.studio performances are one thing, but to do it live and sound even better takes rare ability.drummers and bassists should also be paying attention to this as well.in my view, this is ozzy at his absolute finest. rating: 5 The Best of All the Best
This is my favorite album of all time. As a guitar enthusiast, nothing even comes close to the sound demonstrated by Randy. His combination of MXR distortion and classical style brought to life Ozzy's Black Sabbath material. Not to mention, resurrected Ozzy's career.

Hits like 'Crazy Train' and 'I Don't Know' are simply amazing. Too bad `Over the Mountain' is not on this album.

Of all the styles available to guitar players, I love Randy's the best. It's a shame he's passed on because no one has come close to his level of talent. He was the best.

This is an unbelievable cd. I usually don't like live albums but this is probably a better live album than the studio recordings. Buy it. November 8, 2007

rating: 5 Best Live Rock Album Ever~!~
Randy Rhoads,Live & Uncensored, you will Never hear a Live album Capture the Strength & passion for an instrument more than these Recordings do of Randy.

Raw & REAL live tracks, not overdubbed as 99% of Live albums are.

If you don't Own this Cd You are clueless on what a True Guitarist sounds like live.

For Guitar players out there, get the Tab book also & "Try" to learn his solo in suicide solution & find out just how far ahead of his time he was. October 23, 2007
