This is not how two of the most original and innovative MC's in the history of hiphop should go out. One look at the tracklist, and you know something is wrong. Talking about money, Dro & Henne and having gimmicks like sean paul on board to clearly attract commerical attention (sean paul!!!??!)...its a disgrace. They even resorted to naming a track "Diggedy Das" (they're trademark), emphasing the desperation for more recognition that understandably cries "remember us?" to anybody who decides to give it a listen. What happened to the Hit Squad, PMD and the hardcore "straight underground" image that made Das Efx so admirable?? Gone is the charisma, wit and cleverly intertwined "Diggedy" trademark that was so unmistakable, only to be replaced with tiresome, lackluster and straight up poor/generic material ever to grace the ears of anticipating hiphop fans. It just goes to show, how much the years of no-hype & appearances/spotlight can turn those respected "tight underground cats" into desperate, washed-up "originators" of the early - mid 90's. Maybe (Hopefully) Skoob & Dray can somehow get back that charisma, maybe stick PMD on board, and come back with a release that'll mark the return of one of Hiphop's most infuential duo's. I beg any fans of innovative & thought provoking hiphop to ignore this album, you are lucky you decided to read reviews for this release, saving you the sheer dissapointment. Do yourself a favour & forget that this album even exists. Enough said. RIP skoob & Dray.

May 24, 2006this album is def dope if you like underground rap it's everything we love about das-efx just updated they got that same rugged sewer style with updated ryhme schemes believe me it's worth it.

The same who broke into the hip hop scene with They Want Efx, not to mention the whole Dead Serious album back in 92, these are mc's who are now rappin with Sean Paul? What, you can't be serious. And talking all about money, just doesn't settle for me. They needed to go all rugged but fun like back in Straight up Sewaside, and Dead Serious. Aww, those were the days. Straight up pure bangin beats, and the passionate lyrics they seem to have forgotten. I mean come on, Let's Get Money, East Coast Hustlaz, Full Tyme Hustlaz, what is this? I picture Master P with his stupid Gold Grill smiling aways on a cover with titles like this, but not the diggity das. Damn, what happened to these guys?
March 28, 2005They haven't lost a step. Why can't the NEW SCHOOL of hip hop be as good, as real, as down to earth and CONSISTENT as these veterans. Keep bangin' bros! A recent magazine review almost made me not want to hear this album: just goes to show you, real hip hop is something some reviewers don't understand. This album wipes Missy Elliot, Mistikal, and all that "lil Jon" dirty south rap right off the map. It aint an east vs. south thang, it's a GOOD vs. TRASHY thang and DAS EFX is the good! New school, brainless, nonsensical screamers and yellers have nothing to say, and their lyrical flow is all show and no go! Diggety Das in efekkkkkkkktttttt!

ok i love das efx to start with ive been a fan for so long, and i had to buy this as soon as it came out. now alot of people if they are fans they just give albums 5 stars or if they are haters they give it 1. me im not that wreckless with my stars. i give this album 4stars, like gavin said its full of athems and the flow on this album is bangin. das at their best flow wise definately. and the song memoriez is my favorite, a real deep song. but this is were the problems starts cause we havent heard from das in such a long time, and u would wanna see how they have matured. but listenin to this album u wont. Memories is really the only song that shows maturity. beats and flow are tight, but subject matter is pretty much the same on here, alot of stuff is suitable for mixtapes, and since they had been away for so long u would think they would have stuff to talk about. they basically on alot of songs talk about how much money they have and how many hoez they hit. it gets repetitive after a while. me being a das fan i still love this and give it 4stars, but if your deep into ur hiphop than this is a 3.5stars album because all the braggin gets annoyin after a while. but if u like ur bangin beats, tight flows and bangin tracks, this album is definately for u, dont even think twice just buy it. but if ur a backpack type of person than maybe u should hear it first.
