I bought this DVD based on the extremely positive reviews on Amazon and the fact I knew a few Boz Scaggs songs from the 1970's.
I can safely say that the DVD is now one of the best in my collection. The performances by Boz Scaggs and the other musicians are outstanding and so is the whole production - the theatre is beautiful, the audio and video are superb - overall it is hard to imagine a more professional production of a live concert recording.
Also, some artists struggle a bit with their voice as the years roll on, but not Boz Scaggs - I am sure he has got better with age !

I had never heard of Bozz Scaggs prior to watching this concert on DVD around the time it came out. I had deliberated for some time whether to purchase it or not. In the end, I'd have paid the full DVD price just for 'loan me a dime' or 'running blues'. I'd recommend it to anybody with a love of blues or jazz.

Great CD.......If you like his first and had it on an album I would recommend getting this one instead, has the same songs plus more and well worth it.

I just received my DVD copy the other day and watched it that same evening and I'll keep it short and simple...THE BOZ MAN is the BOSS MAN. This is the most wonderfully audio recorded and video recorded music DVD ever made............PERIOD It has not received (NOW) 54 perfect 5 stars by accident!!!!!!!!!!!! KUDOS BOZ..you are the BOSS
December 1, 2007Boz is always good, however this concert is more than one could ask. Surrounded by fantastic musicians, Boz gives what may be the best recorded video/audio concert ever. I don't believe there was one incorrect note the whole night, and Boz, humble as always, gives the best performance to a thrilled audience. I can't wait to watch again, and now my wife wants the CD as well! Buy it for yourself and get a few others to give as gifts. Go Boz!
