One of the good guys

I love John Denver. I love his music. I love everything he stood for - his love of nature and animals and good, old-fashioned values. In this day and age with way too much focus on pop culture and superficial, shallow and soulless "artists", listening to John Denver's music is like sitting by a warm fireplace on a cold winter's night. And it makes you long for a more quiet, calm and simple time.

My Sweet Lady is one of the most beautiful folk ballads of the 70's. I hope John Denver's music will live forever. You did well, John! September 10, 2008
