I was pleasantly surprised by this cd. Although I love music from the 40's I have never been a big Irving Berlin fan. Because this album featured some of my favorite singers I gave it a try. I must admit I skip over a few songs that jangle my nerves, but most of the songs are really lovely. The highlights of the album are the duets with Rosemary Clooney and Guy Mitchell, and Doris Day and Robert Goulet. Nothing to grate on your nerves there! March 13, 2007
