Great cd, don't expect it to sound like any of their other cds though! All of The USED's cds have a slightly different style and sound, but all of them are masterpeices. I love this cd! Awesome band!
October 5, 2007In Love and Death is not only my favorite record by the Used, but also one of my all time favorites. They add more production without over-producing it, and still make it about the music. The songs flow and fit together perfectly, as opposed to the Self Titled where the focus is more on each song as an individual. Song highlights are I Caught Fire, All That I've Got, Cut Up Angels, Light With A Sharpened Edge, and Hard To Say. I highly reccomend not only this record, but also The Used's Self Titled and Lies For the Liars.

"In Love And Death" Is such an amazing album! Every single song on the CD is great in its own way. You can tell that so much emotion and time went into this record. If you liked the first record you will fall in love with this one. Even if you're just getting into The Used, you will love this album. From the softer songs like 'Hard To Say' To the more hardcore songs like 'Sound Effects and Overdramatics'..this record is just awesome from start to finish. I recommend this album to any 'The Used' Fan!!

The Used is a great band! I've seen them live 2 times and they are kind of disapointing live. They are more of a studio band. What you here on the record, you rarely hear live, however...I still love their albums. This CD is their best..so far, and I hope their new 1, this spring (2007) is even greater! I love this album, it's one of my tops in my collection. Definitely own this album, it's awesome. Very energetic and pumping. You'll be left very, very happy.
STANDOUT TRACKS: ALL OF THEM, no lie..but if you're just getting into the used, check out; I Caught Fire, Let it Bleed, All that I got, Listening and Hard to Say.
February 7, 2007The Used Rock. In Love In Death is one of my favorite CDs that I own and I own like a million CDs. I listen to this CD all the time and I never get sick of it. You should buy it. Every song on it is good.
