Worth Saving From the Dollar Bin

The title track is a swinging rocker and the hidden track covering Billie Holiday's "Good Morning Heartache" is interesting, even though it pales in comparison to the original. "One Bud Wiser" also has nice old-school groove. The rest of this album is unexceptional country pop, though "California Girls" stands out for its cultural commentary. May 28, 2007

The Woman Is Hot!

Gretchen has an awesome singing voice that rocks, as well as soft voice for the tender songs. And she writes. I think she's awesome and I'm a 61 year old grandma who still loves COUNTRY, rock 'n roll and gospel. May 15, 2007
