I've known of Take That since their first time around in the 90's. I discovered them while vacationing in Italy - saw them on MTV in my hotel room. Heard this amazing voice singing the all-time great song "Back For Good" and looked into the eyes of Gary Barlow. It's been love ever since! I spent $3000 to go see them in concert on NYE in London - waited 12 years for that!

I'm so pleased to see that so many new US fans have discovered them. Watch out for their next album due out Xmas of 2008 and followed with another European tour! Unfortunately we probably won't get them over here since the talks are that this will be their last.

Be sure to check out Robbie Williams too. For those of you who don't know, he used to be part of Take That. September 5, 2008

Take That were once one of the greatest boybands in the world and their split in 1996 really sent the female fans into turmoil as they tried to come to terms with them no longer being a 4 or 5 piece. Before officially reforming they did try to get together as a 5 piece but news was reported that Robbie had turned the offer down because he felt he was too big of a star to go back to Take That. When you talk about bad decisions you should talk about Robbie Williams turning down the offer to help reform Take That, as they did what nobody saw coming and they took the UK by storm once again and repeated the magic that they once had. This time around they had a maturity that wasn't recognisable from their original days when they were dancing around in the camp manner that they became known for.

Mark Owen & Gary Barlow are still the front runners of the group; Mark as only a couple of years before had won the TV Reality show Celebrity Big Brother and Gary for his quite short but extremely successful solo career. Howard Donald & Jason Orange had also returned to the group and presented their own sense of individuality and maturity to the group.

The Debut single for the album, Patience flew to number one and the tickets for their reunion tour sold out in a matter of hours for all dates and venues. This album was something that inspired a tidal wave of groups reforming, they even inspired the Spice Girls to reform. This album was slated to be their only album and the tour was originally going to be a one off, but due to the success of the album and the tour they're still together and recording a new album.

Patience
Shine

Are easily the best songs/singles from this album and they're what made this album special and what inspired a wave of fans to re-unite and jump right back on the Take That bandwagon. April 16, 2008

After watching the film "Stardust" and listening to THE song "Rule the World" by the Group called "Take That" during the film's credits, I fell in love with this song and Group!! I had never heard of this group or song before, but went on to purchase both of these CD's "Beautiful World" and "Rule The World". All the songs are great and in my opinion, should ALL be number one hits. I just wonder why I haven't heard of them before, why they are not played on US radio stations, and why not so well known here. I think they would be a big hit here if they toured in the US and our radio stations played them. February 29, 2008
