Good Frankie Valli Concert - but not as advertised

This DVD is listed in Amazon.com as Live Concert (2007) leading buyer to believe it's a more recent concert, but in fact it was filmed Live in 1992 at the 4 Seasons 30 year anniversary. Though the concert is very Good and entertaining, I was disappointed to be deceived in this way. I was in fact looking for a recent concert recording Frankie did not one 16 years old. So if you're just looking for a good Frankie & 4 Seasons concert - you'll enjoy this DVD, but be aware it's older than advertised. November 30, 2008

WOW!

From beginning to end, you can't help but be spellbound by this great show. With every song having been a hit somewhere in the world, and a line up of musicians to die for, Frankie Valli's performance is priceless. It is a privilege to watch. We should be forever gratefull to those who had the foresite to film this event.
This DVD should be made compulsary viewing for all performers to learn the art of how to use a microphone. Fantastic.

"Not The Jersey Boys but still OK???"

Of course it's not "The Jersey Boys"!!! The Jersey Boys is ABOUT this group- from the 60's! Frankie Valli is now IN HIS SEVENTIES (can you appreciate that???) and still touring, and sounding fantastic, even after years of throat and hearing problems. HELLO!!!!! THAT is why there is now a hit Broadway show about this man and this group. HE is the original and he owns the name "The Four Seasons". Any four guys he chooses can be the Four Seasons. Yeah, it would be nice if all four original guys were still together, but what are the odds of that? We are very lucky that Frankie is still out there going strong. I have seen him twice in the last 4 years, with my mother who "raised" me on him. Now I'm just hoping to be able to take my 14 month old daughter to see him. Hang in there Frankie! You're the man! Good Video Overrated preformer thinks he is the best

Nice product. But Frankie thinks he is the best and there are other preformers that run circle around him. Check out the johnny maestro and the brooklyn brige concert and see a better preformance. I am from chicago so this is not a new york bias review July 13, 2008

Not the Jersey Boys but still OK

Bought after seeing the Jersey Boys. Low energy at the start but turned out to be very entertaining and a sweet look at an older Frankie Valli and the then, newer Seasons. June 28, 2008
