I always have been a big fan of Norma Jean's Music but after listening to this terrific collection of songs I appreciate her talent more and more, what a wonderful songs, Truck drivin'woman, Another man loved me last night, You wouldn't know love and Haggard's covers: Hungry eyes and I threw away the rose, just to name a few ones. Please OMNI more reissued Norma Jean's albums soon.
September 18, 2008from a bygone era. I can't stop listening to this cd. Todays country music is pale and shameful when compared to true artistry such as showcased on this collection. The first ten songs alone are worth the cost, buy it before its gone!!! Masterful.
March 15, 2008After listening to the sound samples, I remember some of these songs from my mothers old 8 track tapes. So nice to have those songs available on CD. This is a great compilation that I'm going to get soon. Great songs, from a fine country lady at a excellent price!!
