| David Holmes Does it Again |
Though some of the bits are a bit shorter than you find yourself wishing they were, the soundtrack is still groovy and moves along nicely. Almost all the songs are almost instantly recognizable from their scene in the movie and bring to mind images of the appropriate scene.
There does seem to be a melody or two missing from the soundtrack that was in the movie, but doesn't that almost always seem to be the case? The things they have included, though, are well worth the price. It does a good job of pretty much combining the styles of music established in the first two movies (without that annoying "hippy" touch the second soundtrack seemed to have).
Oh, and maybe I'm just strange but one of my favorite songs on the disc is the Frank Sinatra song "This Town". Great stuff. It's a wonderful soundtrack. January 26, 2008

The gang -- George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Don Cheadle, Matt Damon, Bernie Mac, Carl Reiner, Casey Affleck, Scott Caan, Eddie Jemison and Shaobo Qin -- offer Willy Bank a chance to fix things with Reuben.
When Bank refuses to play nice, the Ocean outfit decides upon a fitting revenge. They will ruin the opening of Bank's fabulous new hotel and casino, hitting him in the pocket and the ego. The financial side will require rigging all the games so that the house loses big, and the ego side will involve making sure that the hotel fails to win a coveted Five Diamond Award. All of Bank's other hotels have won the award, and it's a source of pride to him.
1. Infiltrate the Mexican factory where all official casino dice are manufactured.
2. Get the machine that will simulate an earthquake. Fiddle with the card shufflers, the roulette ball and the slots.
3. Ensure the guy who reviews the hotel (David Paymer) gets bed bugs and poisoned food.
4. Ocean's Thirteen is soaked in man juice, a pissing contest set in Las Vegas. August 29, 2007
