This CD is one of the better ones for fight songs. They sound like you'd hear them on game day. Another CD by the Univ of Michigan band has a concert band sound instead of marching band sound, so I like this one better. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars for me is a few missing songs, and I'd truly would like to hear each song played by that school's own band not a different band.
October 30, 2008This was a c.d. in great condition. My son loves College fight songs, so this was a perfect Christmas gift.
January 18, 2008This was a replacement for my husband who can identify just about every college/university fight song there is.
January 1, 2008I thought this was one of the more classic tunes for the fight songs, being that they were performed by the Florida State Marching Band.
My husband enjoys this disc, I liked all the different University Fight Songs.

Although the Florida State University Marching Band performed all the songs (You can hear how passionate they were on Track 11), they seem to not have full fervor on their rivals' songs. Either way having 33 different college fight songs on one disc is great, especially for the price. It's great for both tailgating at the stadium and at home with your buddies.
