This set was the most intense set of music I had ever listened to. The range of emotions that swept me while I listened to it was amazing. The crescendos were absolutely stunning. THis music is so rich. It was worth the money. Totally! September 27, 2008

Brilliant. All I need now is the trilogy on Blu-Ray. This music is the best film soundtrack ever composed. It is the only one that sticks out to me from the thousands of movies I have seen. Love it, love it, love it. It is sooooo expensive but who cares, it is Lord of the Rings!!! September 22, 2008

It's wonderful having the entire musical experience available along with some of the composers ideas about what he was communicating. The only shortfall from my perspective is that there are no words provided for all the lovely songs in elvish etc. July 30, 2008
