I just bought it because Axl is on a few tracks. He sounds awesome and so does Bach. The rest of the CD turned out to be awesome too. Its loud and fast with great guitar work. Glad I bought it. September 18, 2008

Alright first kicker of this cd was the inclusion of Axl Rose. But I generally love this cd. The weakest song is the cover of Aerosmiths Back in the Saddle. The rest of the CD is ROCKING its been 2 weeks and I am still debating on my favorites. Stuck Inside is one of if not the best track here. This is a strong CD Musically heavier than I thought would be possible from Bach. It still has an 80's style ballad for you past fans also. September 2, 2008

Hearing his voice again was awesome. On some songs he can't quite do it the way he used to, but when he tones it down to actually sing, it was great. The music hit the mark.Very heavy, great bass lines and drum action. The lead guitar isn't that great, but overall very entertaining. The title song is probably my least fav. Very heavy, great music, but can't understand what he says. Overall I do recommend it to Skid Row lovers. August 16, 2008

I've been a die-hard Skid Row fan since '89. I don't like the new Johnny Sollinger Skid Row (um.. cuz it's NOT Skid Row) so I've been following Sebastian's solo career.

I wasn't too fond of The Last Hard Men, and Bring 'Em Bach Alive had a few new songs but was mostly a live cd of SR songs.

But when I heard Angel Down I was just floored; THIS is what Skid Row should've become! Baz's voice is still fantastic: he can sing the most beautiful ballad or just kick ya in the teeth. By Your Side is one of the best songs I've ever heard from him. If you look on youtube for American Metalhead, it's affirmation for every fan out there that the man is BACK!!! August 13, 2008

Wow. This album is definitely worth the purchase. "Angel Down" will totally blow you away! This album is very well produced, with amazing sound quality; and definitely original. This album, consisting of members who worked with Halford and Testament, is insanely heavy with Bach singing at his best. This album has what Skid Row always produced, with even better quality. Some stand out tracks are, "Angel Down", "You Don't Understand", "Stuck Inside", "Negative Light", "You Bring Me Down"...and of course, their cover songs of Metal Mike's, Painmuseum; "American Metalhead" and "Live & Die". I highly recommend this album to any metal head, Skid Row fan, or just someone looking to bang their head to some insane, sick metal music. It is definitely worth the money!
