Surprisingly good.

The two previous "25th anniversary celebrations" from Varèse Sarabande are a must in any music library, not to mention if one likes cinema music (the real contemporary symphonic music, in my opinion). I was a little reluctant about this one at first, as it covers a very short time span (only five years), and many of the movies are unheard of...at least for me (I do confess I have disappointedly abandoned Western cinema for Far East one for quite some time now). However, the quality of the music is simply breathtaking. Virtually every track is worth to be listend to attentively. Pure musical enjoyment. Get it while supply lasts!! September 26, 2008
