 Haven't even listened yet...
That's how much faith I have in Ms. Winehouse!! I got a free download from iTunes a few months back called "You Know I'm No Good" and I haven't been able to tear myself away from her hypnotic and nostalgic voice!!

I already know that this album will be great. She has such a No Holds Barred way of living that it has no choice BUT to spew over into her music. I can't wait to buy this album! March 11, 2007

 I love Herrrrrrrrrr
She is really a breath of fresh air! Her songs are so interesting and fun to listen to. She needs to get to the US quick because she will blow up here! Anyone who is tried of the music of today, needs to listen to a little Amy. She is on a different league then anyone else. My only thing is that I like her second album a lot more.  Amy Winehouse - if you don't know, now you know!
I'd never heard of Amy Winehouse until I caught a free download of "You Know I'm No Good" off of her new album .......... What a surprise! That voice is so fresh and unique and her lyrics are actually smart, sexy, and funny. I bought "Frank" right away and already ordered "Back to Black". If you're tired of cookie-cutter pop and R&B and like to mix it up with some hip hop beats and some jazz and rock thrown in with a retro flavor then check out this album. My favorite song is "In My Bed" which uses the same track as "Made You Look" by Nas. February 6, 2007

 Real hot material
Considering this artist names Busta Rhymes, Mos Def and Nas as influences, I don't see why people are so reluctant to mention her hip hop aspects. That said, this album is hot. This is an artist who's got some serious soulful sounds coming out. As has been said, a nice blend of jazz and hip hop. "Stronger than Me" is the strongest track in my opinion.

But overall, if you never heard of Ms. Winehouse, believe me, she's well worth the purchase. Her music is excellent (plus they don't have this album on Itunes..lol). February 4, 2007

 No seriously
I gave this album 5 stars because not only did I really like her voice, the original music was great and she even gives a nod to some old soul music and hip hop, but it's the lyrics that make me want to meet this chick. I loved her sense of humor in the songs and she has a lyrical wit not found in many popular performers today. You've gotta check this one out.
